• Our biodiesel is the most sustainable

Harnessing the power of old chip fat and the rendered remains of  meat and livestock means that as well as providing excellent greenhouse gas savings, our biodiesel is highly sustainable.  In 2009, we were named “Most Sustainable Biodiesel Supplier/Producer” at the World Biofuels Conference. In 2010 we were awarded the accolade of " Biodiesel Corporation of the Year" by the World Refining Association.

• Distilled biodiesel means purity, quality and consistency

Ours is the only plant in the UK to use distillation technology. This delivers a homogenous, clear and very clean biodiesel which meets EN 14214 2008 - the European standard for biodiesel as an automotive fuel.

• We’re big. In fact, we’re the biggest in the UK

We can produce up to 50 million litres (45,000 tonnes) of high quality distilled biodiesel a year. That’s 140,000 litres every day.

It means that we have the scale and logistical expertise to satisfy the needs of multinationals. But we’re essentially a small business and every customer matters.

We pioneered the large scale commercial production of biodiesel in the UK in 2005 when fuel began to flow from our state of the art plant.
