The Directors of the Company are:

Colin Rutherford – Non-executive Chairman
Colin Rutherford joined the Board in September 2006. He was chairman, chief executive officer and founder of Rutherford Manson Dowds and Intelli Partners PLC before selling the former to Deloitte in 1999 and the latter to Iimia Group PLC in 2005. Since 1999, he has been chairman and director of a number of public and private companies including Eurosales Finance PLC, SGI (formerly Circus Capital) Fund, Renaissance Services SAOG and Integrin Advanced Biosystems Limited. He is a chartered accountant and alumnus of Heriot Watt University and Harvard Business School.

Andrew Hunter – Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Hunter has been joint managing director of Argent Group Europe since the management buy-out from Hillsdown Holdings plc in 1997 and has been instrumental in developing the Group’s entry into the biodiesel industry, having operational responsibility for the biodiesel plant at Motherwell since its construction. Prior to leading the management buy-out with David Gray, he worked at Hillsdown Holdings plc in a range of head office and operational roles culminating as an operations executive on the management board. He is a graduate of the European Business School.

Kevin Hart – Non-executive Director
Kevin Hart joined the Board in 2006. He is currently chief executive of BowLeven plc which he joined in 2006. Previously he was finance director of Cairn Energy PLC and before that he was a senior associate director with Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, specialising in oil and gas sector mergers and acquisitions. He is also a non-executive director of Glasgow Income Trust PLC. He is a graduate of Edinburgh University.

David Gray – Non-executive Director
David Gray is joint managing director of Argent Group Europe and led the management buy-out from Hillsdown Holdings plc in 1997 with Andrew Hunter. He is responsible for that group’s meat and produce businesses, having been chief executive of the meat and produce division of Hillsdown Holdings plc prior to the buy-out. He joined Hillsdown Holdings plc in 1986 and has worked in a number of roles, particularly in its North American operations. He is a chartered accountant.
